@HeavLeighGill but in any field it pays to have contacts
so your hard work will not go unnoticed.
So many traders blow up their accounts
because they are capable but have no
financial backing so they have to leverage
up trying to get their capital up, maybe they
want to invest in other things and not trade per se
but just try too hard.
Women in trading/finance have seemingly
better handling of their ego when it comes to
accepting being wrong if the market shows them
losses, therefore generally speaking the articles
written about "men vs women traders" show that
it is women who have better attitude there, but when
you look at the wider financial world it is still men
who are usually seen as the go-to choice for senior
roles, though things are nudging up in a more egalitarian
way albeit at glacial pace.
What would you think it achievable for you personally?
